How is the process completed?
Our office will contact you to set up an appointment to conduct a "final walk through".
At this appointment, our Manager will check to ensure that the roof has been completed to manufacturer's specifications and, more
importantly, to our exacting standards. The manager will check the roofing shingles, flashings, venting, gutters, final clean-up
and more. The manager will also address any questions or concerns that you may have as well.
Upon your request, we can provide you with a copy of the manufacturer's warranty. We normally fill these out at the office, mail it
to you so that you can sign the form and make a copy for your records before you send it in. If you would like to have this made available
to you on the final walk through day, please advise us in advance so that we can have it prepared for you.
As part of our Owner's Quality Guarantee we do not collect any money or a downpayment up front. So at this point we like to collect
payment for a job well done knowing that we've met and / or exceeded your expectations.
We sign the invoice showing that we have been paid in full and reference the payment method and / or check number.
