For the replacement, we installed CertainTeed Landmark shingles in Moire Black, delivering a clean, bold finished result built for long-term performance.

The existing roof was nearing end-of-life and needed to be fully replaced to protect the home going forward.
Our Inspection Findings
The roof was in need of full replacement. No significant woodwork issues were uncovered during our inspection, allowing us to move forward efficiently with the tear-off and installation.
What We Did
This was a full tear-off and rebuild approach to ensure the new roof replacement system was installed correctly from the deck up.
Roof replacement scope included:
- Full tear-off
- Replaced underlayment using 30 lb. felt
- Added ridge vent for ventilation, along with a new bath vent
- Replaced pipe flashing with new lead flashing
- Installed w-valley metal flashing
- Final cleanup including a full magnet sweep

The roof needed more repairs than we thought so I expected the bill to be a thousand dollars more than the quote. It was only 200 more and I was thrilled. The clean-up was perfect. I didn’t find anything left behind. They even swept the lawn with magnets to get every last nail. I have already recommended them to two friends. I hope I never have to get a new roof but if I do they are the only company I will call.
