North Bend’s #1 Roofing Contractor

Experienced Roof Replacement for North bend Homeowners

Living at the base of the Cascades means your roof takes a beating from rain, wind, and mountain weather. When it’s time to replace it, you need a contractor who understands those conditions—and how to build a roof that lasts. At A Better Roofing Company, we’ve been replacing roofs in North Bend and the Upper Snoqualmie Valley since 1991. We specialize solely in asphalt shingle roof replacement, allowing us to deliver reliable, long-lasting results tailored to the local climate.

From Riverbend to Forster Woods and the Wilderness Rim area, North Bend homeowners trust our team for expert craftsmanship and honest guidance.

Why North Bend Roofs Need Specialized Attention

North Bend homes face a unique combination of weather extremes and natural surroundings. High winds, heavy rain, dense tree cover, and fluctuating temperatures all take a toll on roofs—especially older ones.

Here’s what makes North Bend roofing unique:

Mountain Weather: Roofs need to handle snow, ice, wind, and constant moisture from nearby peaks
Forest Proximity: Evergreen needles, moss, and branch debris are a constant maintenance concern
Older Housing Stock: Many homes built in the 80s and 90s are due for their first full replacement
Drainage & Ventilation Challenges: Properties on hillsides or near the river may require advanced ventilation or flashing work

Our Recommended Asphalt Shingles for North Bend Homes

We exclusively install architectural-grade asphalt shingles, which are the best choice for North Bend’s rugged conditions. These shingles offer excellent protection without sacrificing visual appeal—making them ideal for both rustic cabins and updated family homes.

Moisture & Wind Resistance: Designed to handle high winds, driving rain, and long damp seasons
Mountain-Appropriate Aesthetics: Mimics cedar shake or slate—perfect for North Bend’s natural backdrop
Low-Maintenance Durability: Backed by Limited Lifetime warranties to cover any manufacturer defects
Optional Upgrades: Ridge vents, intake ventilation, and counter-flashing for added performance

We use top brands like CertainTeed, GAF, Owens Corning, IKO, and Pabco—trusted for their strength, style, and strong warranty coverage.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Better Roofing Company did an outstanding job on our roof. Their bid was competitive and they gave a list of houses in the area that they had completed so we could view. This company is so professional. The roofers finished the job in two days. They did an amazing job. After the job was completed I was so impressed with the way they cleaned up . We got so many complements from neighbors walking by noticing the roof. The customer service is great. They answer the phone and answer any questions that you have about the job. I would recommend this roofing company.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. A Better Roofing Company did an excellent job with installation of my new roof. Old roof was torn off, a few Sheets of ASB replaced, and then new roof installed. The best part of the deal, besides the nice new look, was that all old materials were totally eliminated (cleaned up) from our property. It looked as if no one had even been there. No damage to any of our plants or flowers! I highly recommend this Company.
